The shipping day mentioned during the order process will match the shipping day on the order confirmation to ensure consistency and clarity.

Cancellation of Orders with Extended Delivery Times: If an order has a longer delivery time than initially indicated, customers have the option to cancel all or part of the order. To cancel, please contact our customer service team. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed, and the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer's bank account within two working days.

Invoice Delivery: Upon payment for an order, an invoice is not automatically generated. Customers who wish to receive an invoice can do so through their account on our store's website. By logging in to your account, you can access your order history and download the invoice.
